These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MaySaedu website (maysaedu.com) and the security intermediary services provided.

Nature of Service

MaySaedu operates as a security intermediary, not a direct security service provider. We do not employ security guards, hold security guard licences, or directly operate security patrols. All security services arranged through MaySaedu are provided by independent, MOI-licensed third-party security companies.

No Liability for Third-Party Providers

While MaySaedu vets all providers in its network, we cannot guarantee the conduct or performance of individual security guards employed by third-party providers. Contracts for security services are entered directly between the client and the security provider.

Pricing Information

Pricing shown on this website represents indicative SR ranges only. All prices include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
